Trust and Estates Litigation Associate (3-4 years of experience)

We are seeking a trust and estate litigation associate with at least 3 years in civil litigation experience to join our trust and estate litigation team, known as the Family Wealth Resolution & Disputes Practice Group. The associate will handle litigation matters related to trusts and estates, including drafting legal documents, participating in dispute resolution processes, and providing legal counsel to clients. Prior experience working with trust and probate litigation is preferred, but not required. This is a fantastic chance to explore a growing and intriguing field of litigation, become a subject matter expert, and work in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. This is a hybrid position based out of San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Rafael or Walnut Creek.
Ideal candidates will also have a distinguished academic background and impeccable references. CA Bar required. Strong research, writing and communication skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills are required. Placement within the salary range depends up a number of factors including, but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for the role
